My fitness bestie*, KK, gave me the most wonderful present to celebrate our passing Group Power certification. It's a little silver barbell charm (which, if were full-sized, would weigh 37.4lbs!)

Love!! 

It's perfect for so many reasons, the least of which is my obsession with all things miniature. I will wear it with pride, both as a token of our friendship and as a reminder to stay strong and rock hard**. 

*...and my late night texting bestie (and, let's be honest, my all-day texting bestie).
