Day 17 "In Your Bag"


Is it true that you crave what your body needs? If that's the case, my body must be in some serious need of calcium, folic acid, magnesium, etc, because, all of a sudden, I can't get enough almonds and spinach. 

Tonight I satisfied that craving with a huge spinach salad with fresh berries, almonds, and poppy seed dressing. Well, I almost satisfied it...I think I might need to have another one tomorrow. And maybe the next day. Good thing I have that giant bag of almonds.
