Full disclosure: I don't use a lot of oil in my daily cooking. And by not a lot, I mean almost none. Other than a bottle of canola oil that I keep on hand for baking and a flax/olive/grapeseed blend that I occasionally mist on popcorn, there's no real "cooking oil" to speak of in my pantry.
Except for... well...
This can here is my dirty little secret. It keeps stuff from sticking without adding calories. Beyond that, I try not to think about it.
