Stevia, Sucanat, Fair-trade Unrefined Mascobado, Palm Sugar, Coconut Sap, Honey, Splenda, Fructose/Luo Han Guo, Agave, Evaporated Cane Juice, and plain ol' white sugar... the list of sweeteners in my cupboard is almost dizzying.
When it comes to picking a favourite, though, I would be downright unpatriotic if I didn't choose maple syrup.
