Day 3 "Best Part of Your Day"

The best part of my day was a bike ride with my fella. The second best part of my day was this:

Baked tortilla shell, refried beans, spicy veggie beef with fire-roasted tomatoes, lettuce, tomato, green olives, and avocado. Charred peppers, corn, and zucchini on the side.
